PUSH PROGRAM LIBRARY 2.0

PUSH PROGRAM LIBRARY 2.0

WHAT'S NEW?

We redesigned the Push Program Library so that finding your next favorite program is simpler. Between updates and brand new features, there's a lot to explore.

THE BASICS

Looking for a Push Program that includes Meteor? Or one that doesn't include Races? Or one that you've never done before and is super difficult and will teach you new rowing skills? Easy.

Now, you can filter and sort the library, making navigation much smoother.

Filtering narrows down the library, showing results that match a certain criteria. You can filter by:

  • Average Workout Time
  • Difficulty
  • Completion
  • Game Type
  • Program Theme

Sorting puts the entire library (or your filtered selection) into a specific order. You can sort by:

  • Average Workout Time
  • Difficulty
  • Recently Added
  • Alphabetical Order
  • Most / Fewest Workouts

PROGRAM THEME

All Push Programs are now labeled with a particular theme. Each theme is associated with a different objective.

For example, a Push Program labeled "Sampler" will include various game and workout types, offering lots of variety. A Push Program labeled "Instructional" will include workouts designed around specific skills, like rowing rhythm.

As you'll see below, themes are listed on the Push Program cards.

UPDATED PUSH PROGRAM CARD

Push Program cards now provide more information about a given program.

Title card of the Level Up Series Push Program. The card shows information like game types included, total workouts, recommended completion schedule, average workout time, difficulty level, and theme. If you've already started that Push Program, it will also show your progress.

At a glance, you can tell the program's length, its recommended completion time, the game types included, the average workout time, the difficulty level, and the theme.

For Push Programs you're actively completing, you can think of this card as a map.

UNDERSTANDING THE MAP

Image of the Arctic Ascent Push Program card. The card now shows dots, or "nodes," and each node represents one workout. The heigh of a given node indicates the duration of that workout. After you complete a workout, the card will update and highlight your progress. Your upcoming workout will be have concentric circles around it. It will also have the logo of the game type within the node.

Know the Nodes

You'll notice each Push Program card has a series of dots, or "nodes." Each node represents one workout in the program. The height of the node corresponds to the workout duration (or the estimated duration, in distance-based workouts).

 Track Your Journey

After completing a workout, the map will update to reflect your progress. The highlighted portion of the map indicates completed workouts. In this example, 4/12 workouts have been completed.

 Next Up

Your upcoming workout is indicated by a node surrounded by concentric circles. Within the node, you'll see an icon that indicates the game type of your next workout. In this example, the next workout is Echo.

FINISHING A PUSH PROGRAM

Image of the Arctic Ascent Push Program fully completed. A green check mark appears at the far right of the map. If you've completed the program more than once, the total number of completions will be indicated next to the green check mark.

Once you complete a program, the entire map will be highlighted and there will be a green check mark at the end.

Ever find yourself revisiting the same Push Program again and again? Now, you'll get extra credit for those efforts. You'll see a number next to the green check mark showing how many times you've completed the program.
