REDESIGNED PUSH PROGRAM LIBRARY

We've overhauled our Push Program library to make it more useful for members. Here's what you should know:

  • Sort the library to explore Push Programs by difficulty, length, recency, or other factors. 
  • Filter the library to find programs that meet certain criteria, like game type or average workout time. 
  • Each Push Program now has a theme to indicate its focus (Foundation, Speed, and Endurance, to name a few). 
  • Push Programs now have a map that shows your progress and your upcoming workout.
