Last month, we participated in our first Esports event as World Rowing's preferred gaming and esports partner. The Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival 2025 took place at Singapore EXPO, the country's largest convention venue. Check it out below.
Our portion of the games, The World Rowing VERSA Challenge, sought to identify the ultimate all-around indoor rowing athlete. Sixteen world-class athletes competed head-to-head in Echo and Meteor workouts designed specifically for the occasion. The workouts were 6 minutes apiece, and the participating athletes were scored based on their distance rowed and points accumulated within the workout.
