What is an HSA/FSA?

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are tax-free accounts that can be used to pay for eligible health expenses. These accounts are managed and set up through your employer. You can check directly with your employer to see if you have an HSA or FSA available.

What products are eligible to use with TrueMed?

Eligible products include: Ergatta Rower, Ergatta Lite, Ergatta Rower Bundles, Ergatta Lite bundles, WaterRower Upgrade Package, and Concept2 Connection Kit, along with any shipping or delivery charges. You can also pre-pay for a 1, 3, or 5 year membership at checkout. If you check out with an ineligible product, your order will be cancelled during the authorization period.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a document written by a qualified healthcare provider that explains why a specific product or service is medically necessary for a patient’s health condition. Once you complete your checkout on Truemend, a licensed healthcare provider will review your information; if you qualify, you will receive an LMN within 48 hours. You may then submit your LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

How long does it take for me to receive my Letter of Medical Necessity?

Generally it takes 24-48 hours. In some cases, Truemed’s provider team will require additional time to issue a letter of medical necessity based on the needs associated with an individual qualification survey. If you aren’t seeing your letter in your inbox, check spam, then reach out to us at support@truemed.com for help.

What happens if my LMN is not approved?

If you do not qualify, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Pretty Good

I can’t say enough good things about my Ergatta Lite rower! I typically take at least five times longer than expected to assemble anything (if not double that!), but this rower was shockingly easy to put together. The instructions were clear, and everything just fit into place seamlessly — an absolute win for someone who dreads assembly!

Beyond the setup, the Ergatta Lite is a work of art that folds up when needed, making it a perfect fit for my very small house. I keep it in my living room, so I can row while watching my favorite shows, and when I need extra space, I simply fold it up and move it out of the way — easy peasy!

Functionally, it's just as impressive. The programming is top-notch, with interactive workouts and games that actually make exercising fun and engaging. Rheumatologist Recommended!

After being an avid runner for many many years, I started to experience hip issues. Being in my 50's doesn't help. Wasn't sure how the assembly would go at first. But it was extremely easy. Simply instructions everything fit to a T. Plus the finish is really beautiful. The programs are awesome. Function is smooth as silk.

First time ever on a rowing machine. Engaging graphics and workouts, helping this avid cyclist get through the winter with some fitness. Strava prompt does not work, also would be nice to have recognition of a HR Monitor that is not a watch (Wahoo, etc)
