RETURN POLICY

Ergatta orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned orders must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the Ergatta is returned with damaged or missing parts, Ergatta reserves the right to charge additional restocking fees or refuse a refund. Ergatta rower returns are picked up from your home by a technician. Ergatta Upgrade packages will be sent a return label to ship the item back to us. Rower gloves, mat, and seat cushion must be in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Any open or used accessories may not be returned or exchanged.
