The Ergatta Upgrade Package is compatible with wooden frame WaterRowers that have an S4 monitor. Please note, that to be fully compatible you need to have the most current version of the S4 monitor (known as the S4 v2). To check if you have the S4 v2, please check the following:
- The back of your S4 should have a mini USB port. This port is needed in order to wire the Ergatta touchscreen to your S4. The WaterRower Model Identification hub can help you determine your exact model.
- You can also confirm the hardware version of your S4 by tapping advanced on your screen 9 times, then tapping Ok > Ask for the version to display. The version that you need is 2.10.
