We now offer the option to pre-purchase a 1, 3, or 5-year household membership at a discount when you purchase your Ergatta rower. A single household membership supports unlimited profiles, so the whole family can enjoy the software.
1-year: $32.50/month, paid upfront for $390 ($78 in total savings)
3-year: $29/month, paid upfront for $1,044 ($360 in total savings)
5-year: $27/month, paid upfront for $1,620 ($720 in total savings)
Pre-purchased household memberships will be automatically applied once you receive your Ergatta and create your account. If you’d prefer to purchase a household membership later, you can do so when you receive your Ergatta rower and can sign up for a 1-year household membership or a monthly household membership ($39/month) at that time. With our annual household membership, you will consistently receive a discounted rate of $390 each year.
If a rower purchased with a pre-purchased household membership is returned during the 30-day risk-free trial, all but $39 will be refunded from the household membership charge.
Any cancelled household memberships will be set to cancel at the end of the 1, 3, or 5 year term. Pro-rated refunds will not be provided for early cancellations.
