WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All of our orders are processed through our website store. You can purchase the Ergatta rower, Ergatta Lite or Upgrade Package outright via credit card, via PayPal, or in monthly installments via Klarna (US orders only). Only one credit card may be used per purchase.

If you wish to purchase in installments, continue the check-out process until you reach the payment page, and then select to pay via Klarna. You can read more about our Klarna financing HERE

To purchase, you will need to apply through a simple, 2-step application that will provide an instant approval decision. Please note:

  • Monthly charges for financing will not include your Ergatta household membership (unless you pre-purchased your membership at checkout). A monthly or annual household membership can be purchased separately once you’ve received your Ergatta. 
  • With our current 2-4 week shipping estimate, you may be required to make one or more payments before your rower or Upgrade Package is delivered
  1. Add the rower or Upgrade Package to your cart on our website store.
  2. Go to checkout and fill out your information.
  3. On the Payment info screen, choose "Klarna" as your payment method.
  4. Click "Complete Order".
  5. A simple, 2-step application will provide an instant approval decision.
  6. Input your delivery address and other information.
  7. Once purchase is complete, you can use the Klarna app to receive notifications and manage your monthly payments or log in on a computer at Klarna.com
