We currently offer two different delivery methods in the US with different delivery timelines. Below are timelines for both options.
Ground Shipping (Self-Assembly Required): The Ergatta Rower and Ergatta Lite ship FREE and arrives within about a week within the contiguous US. Your order will be shipped in 2 boxes for the Lite or 3 boxes for the Ergatta Rower via FedEx. We will also email you when your order is on its way with tracking information.
Please note, Ground Shipping is the only delivery option available in Canada.
Professional Delivery and Assembly: Your rower will be shipped out within a few days from purchase to a local professional technician in your area. Our delivery team will assemble it and call you to arrange a time and date for installation at your convenience. They will also ask for your installation preferences. When you receive the rower, it will be fully assembled and ready to use. The delivery and assembly timeline to receive your fully assembled rower can be up to approximately 2-4 weeks from your purchase date, depending on technician availability in your area.
