When will my WaterRower Upgrade Package ship?
Our shipping timeline for the Upgrade Package is currently 2-3 weeks from purchase. We handcraft all of our Upgrade Packages on a queue in Rhode Island. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You will be responsible for installing the upgrade package independently with provided instructions.
