How will the Ergatta be shipped to me?
The Ergatta Rower will be shipped in 3 boxes via FedEx. The Ergatta Lite will be shipped in 2 boxes via FedEx.
What happens if I decide to return my Ergatta?
If you decide to assemble your Ergatta and later decide to return, you would be required to ship the rower back to us. We are not able to facilitate a pick up. Our return policy can be found HERE.
