Pulse workouts are a type of Interval workout on the Ergatta platform. Interval workouts give you a series of different targets to hit over time, and you're scored based on the percentage of targets you successfully hit. These are structured, interval-based workouts that challenge you to hit and maintain personalized SPM & Split targets. With Pulse workouts, your goal is to hit a target zone, and then maintain that target for a set period of time.
When you're in the target zone, you'll see a maintenance bar pop up, showing you how long you need to keep the ball in that particular zone.
There are hundreds of options of Pulse workouts to choose from, each with a different focus (target Split, target SPM, or a Hybrid of the two), category (HIIT, Endurance, Technique), duration (10-60 minutes), and difficulty level.
