ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PUSH PROGRAMS

Whether you're new to rowing or a rowing maestro, we've got a training program for you. Ergatta's Push Programs are collections of rowing workouts built around a specific objective or goal. Designed by our fitness experts to be completed in sequential order, Push Programs take the hard work--and the guesswork--out of planning a safe and effective routine.

 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PUSH PROGRAMS?

CALIBRATED JUST FOR YOU

Push Programs differ from regular training plans in one key way: they're calibrated to your specific rowing fitness level. In short, that means every workout in every Push Program is built with you in mind. Not only that, but the workouts will adapt as your rowing fitness level changes, so they're always in that Goldilocks zone--not too easy, not too difficult.

NO MORE DECISION FATIGUE

Push Programs offer a guided workout experience. Just select a program, then get rowing. They're ideal if you're looking for guidance, if you're a bit indecisive, or if you don't want to spend time choosing a workout or building a workout plan.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT PUSH PROGRAM FOR YOU?

So you want to get started with a Push Program. Now, how do you find which is the right program for you?  The Push Program library makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for, by using the Filter and Sort tools.

SORT TO SIMPLIFY YOUR SELECTION

You can sort the entire library (or your filtered selection) into a specific order using criteria like:

    • Average Workout Time
    • Difficulty
    • Recently Added
    • Alphabetical Order
    • Most / Fewest Workouts
FILTER BY CRITERIA

You can filter the dozens of Push Programs by a variety of criteria, like:

    • Average Workout Time
    • Difficulty
    • Completion
    • Game Type
    • Program Theme

One of our favorite ways to select a Push Program is to establish a goal first, then utilize the Program Theme filter. Whether you are new to rowing, looking to build a foundation, or want to improve your speed or endurance, this filter will help you find exactly what you're looking for!
