Don't let a busy summer schedule send your fitness routine into hibernation. Here are 4 ways to keep your rowing routine strong, no matter how many outdoor adventures are filling up your calendar.

1. Join the Community

Stay motivated by signing up for our next community challenge, Member Madness: Rep. Competing alongside the community can be the motivational ticket you need to show up.

2. Embrace the "Exercise Snack"

If your calendar is packed, opt for shorter workouts. You can find hundreds of workouts between 5–15 minutes.

3. Escape the Heat

When it’s too hot outside, let Scenic Rows be your indoor getaway. They're a great way to escape the day-to-day grind and enjoy world-class scenery in the comfort of your AC.

4. Pause Your Progress
