Challenge Criteria: Complete at least 6 workout in any Campaigns or Push Programs in August.

The workouts in any Wavelength Campaign or (Progressive) Push Program count for the challenge. And your workouts don't all have to be from the same collection—feel free to mix and match.

Show up day after day to support Adaptive Sports Center, a non-profit that offers therapeutic outdoor recreation for people with disabilities.
