To hit tier 1 of the challenge, complete 6 workout sessions. We consider a session to be any day that you finish 50% of a workout or 500m of an Open Row.

With sessions-based challenges, you're in complete control. All you need is 6 workouts is to check the box. Every workout experience counts.
Here are a few suggestions to get you started.
400m Rowbot's First Race • Race
Start the challenge off with this quick single-interval, mid-distance sprint. Bring Rowbot along for the ride!
15 Min HIIT Sandwich (Beginner) • Class
Join expert instructor Jared in this Beginner Power HIIT workout. Faster, shorter intervals are sandwiched between two 3-minute intervals at Steady pace.
13 Min Jade Pass • Meteor
A member favorite. Pack in the power in this short but fast-paced workout.
30 Min Steady State • Pulse
This endurance-building workout is straightforward: 30 minutes at Steady, no rests. At this pace, you should be able to maintain a conversation from start to finish.e
20 Min County Fair • Wavelength (Flexibility)
(Eros biome) This workout requires maximum effort throughout, as the water rises to Race and Sprint often.
11 Min Escape to the Lake • Echo
The trip to the lake is bumpy. To master this workout, you'll need to shift between different stroke rates quickly and with pinpoint precision.
