Competition is in our DNA. We think it's in yours, too. That's why this month's challenge is based around Race workouts. Go head-to-head against the Ergatta community, your own past performances, or Rowbot, a new racing companion.
Challenge Criteria: Complete at least 3 Race workouts this month.

Any Race workout counts (except for Live Races). Here are three we'd recommend:
400m Rowbot's First Race
Start the challenge off with this quick single-interval, mid-distance sprint. Bring Rowbot along for the ride!
1,800m Trip to Pluto
It's a long way to Pluto, and the journey is bumpy. But brave the first two intervals in this Race and you'll be rewarded with a short closing sprint.
5,000m 3-Heater
Push yourself—but pace yourself—in this 5K Race. Begin at your Race intensity to get a strong start. Then, settle in at a Steady pace before turning it up to Sprint for your final segment.
