Just after foot surgery, instead of doing physical therapy, I started using their ergatta i've lost 20 lbs. And back on my feet, loving life.
Purchased the rower in cherry about two months ago and have been using it four days a week since. I enjoy the water sound that it creates while using it and the programs are amazing challenges to keep you focused on training. I have already noticed my stamina is improving and hope to start adding more time to my workouts. Great job Ergatta!!
I started using my in laws Ergatta for cardio after I had torn my Achilles tendon. I can only use one leg in the straps but it’s a great work out. I’m grateful that I can still get cardio in
The quality of the cherry frame is like furniture, the sound of water, realistic scenic rowing, and overall feel is amazing. Felt like I rowed in Prague today. Highly recommend it for your home gym.
Enjoying my Ergatta, a replacement for my 20+ year old original Water Rower. For me (a 70-year old marathoner who runs an average of 40+ miles/week) rowing is the perfect cross-training activity to keep my whole body in tune. Thanks for helping to keep me fit!
