RETURN POLICY

Try the Ergatta experience risk-free with our 30-day trial. If you're not satisfied within that time, we'll offer you a full refund for the product. 

Ergatta rower returns are picked up from your home by a technician if you purchased expert assembly. If you opted to self assemble the rower, you will be required to send the rower in its original packaging back to us. Please keep all original packaging to pack the Ergatta rower for return. Ergatta will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Because of the size and weight of the rower, we do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that you may have paid for your delivery. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Returned orders must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the Ergatta is returned with damaged or missing parts, Ergatta reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse a refund. 

Ergatta Upgrade packages will be sent a return label to ship the item back to us.

Rower gloves, mat, and seat cushion must be in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Any open or used accessories may not be returned or exchanged.
