If you've forgotten your login credentials, you can request a password reset link using the steps below:
- Navigate to the profile selection screen
- Click Add New > Add Existing > Forgot Password
- Add the email address that you used to set up your profile and click Continue.
- A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. (Please note that this code will expire in 15 minutes.)
- Once you receive the code, enter it on the touchscreen. You’ll then be able to create a new password.
