SmartRow is physically compatible with the Ergatta Upgrade package, meaning that we can send you a special bracket that will hold the pulley that collects data for SmartRow. SmartRow does not integrate with our software. The data is then transferred to an app on your device. Very, very few members use SmartRow with their Ergatta system, and we would only add it on if you consider yourself very committed to the activity. Most dual-users had purchased SmartRow before deciding to purchase the Upgrade Package. It is another system of collecting information that is very number-heavy. Ergatta already provides data at the end of each workout such as speed—best and average, heart rate, calories, time, distance, along with a time progression of your speed throughout the session. Regarding precision, it is inconsequential, especially if you intend to spend the majority of your time with the Ergatta programming.
