My warranty has expired - how can I receive help?

If the warranty has expired on your Ergatta then our support team can help you with purchasing replacement components to get you back up and running. You can purchase all components directly through Ergatta and our team will provide you with instructions to install. Most replacement components take less than 30 minutes to install and if you run into any trouble, our team is here to help. Depending on your area, you can request a technician to come out and help install for an additional fee.
