Yes, you can finance your purchase for the Ergatta Rower, Ergatta Lite and the Upgrade Package if you are located in the US. The monthly payment plan we use for Ergatta is through our billing partner Klarna. You can read more about our Klarna financing HERE.
Note: Please do not attempt to get an approval on Klarna's website or app separately first. Doing so may cause problems with the normal checkout process below.
To purchase, you will need to apply through a simple, 2-step application that will provide an instant approval decision. Please note:
- Monthly charges for financing will not include your Ergatta Membership (unless you pre-purchased your membership at the time of purchase). A monthly or annual household membership can otherwise be purchased separately once you’ve received your Ergatta or Upgrade Package.
- With our current 1-2 week shipping estimate, you may be required to make one or more payments before your Ergatta is delivered.
- Due to state regulations, closed end loans such as Klarna Financing are not available in WV, MA, CT or IA. Klarna is only available for US customers.
- Add the rower or Upgrade Package to your cart on our store.
- Go to checkout and fill out your information.
- On the Payment info screen, choose "Klarna" as your payment method.
- Click "Complete Order"
- A simple, 2-step application will provide an instant approval decision.
- Input your delivery address and other information.
- Once purchase is complete, you can use the Klarna app to receive notifications and manage your monthly payments or log in on a computer at Klarna.com
Common Klarna Inquires:
- f you have placed a freeze on your credit score, Klarna will be unable to offer you a financing plan. You will need to unfreeze your credit with the relevant credit bureau. If you attempted checkout and forgot to unfreeze your credit score beforehand, unlock your credit score and Klarna will update your eligible status in 5-10 business days.
- Even with excellent credit, Klarna may not offer you our 0% APR option. For details, please contact a Klarna customer service agent. However, please note that they may not be able to provide you with any additional insight beyond “your credit eligibility is determined by the automated system.”
