Generally speaking, the rower should be ok to keep outside, with the exception of inclement weather (such as rain, hail, etc.) Per our manufacturer's warranty, they do advise that the use and/or storage of the rower in inclement weather - including but not limited to extreme temperatures and moisture - could void the warranty. Ideally, storing your rower in temperatures below 90 degrees and above freezing is best. It is made of wood and excessive heat and moisture could cause the wood to warp over time. This could also cause screws to become loose more quickly, so definitely check to make sure these are secure more frequently if storing in warmer temperatures.
You can add antifreeze to the water tank to prevent freezing in the winter.
The touchscreen is also easily removable, so you could also bring that indoors after each use to be extra safe. Additionally, it is easy for one person to move so if you wanted to store it inside, it would be easy to move outside for usage.
