WHAT ARE OPEN ROW WORKOUTS?

Open Row allows you to complete unstructured rows, giving you the ability to tailor your workout however you would like. You’ll be able to:

  • Set a time for how long you’d like to row
  • Set distance for how far you’d like to row
  • Or nothing at all, allowing you to just row with no boundaries

Regardless of which option you choose, you’ll be able to track your real-time metrics and see your speed change through the on-screen visualization

Note: If you select a Scenic Row in your Open Row workout selections, the visualization on screen will not adjust with your speed.
