6 NEW CLASS WORKOUTS

Coaches Jenny & Jared are back with 6 more fast and efficient Class workouts. This batch is all between 10-15 minutes and includes options for beginners and experienced rowers alike.

10 Min Snow Globe (Beginner)
Coach Jared | HIIT | Split-Based
This is a balanced session that's perfect for beginner rowers. It's designed to hit every Intensity Zone, from Paddle to Sprint. Emphasizing rhythmic breathing, Jared guides you through active recoveries and high-intensity pushes.

10 Min Slopeside
Coach Jenny | HIIT | SPM-Based
This HIIT workout features 45-second working blocks. You'll toggle between easier recovery (20–24 SPM) and explosive sprints at 30 SPM. The focus is on maintaining a full range of motion, leaning between "10 and 2 o'clock," and driving through the heels to maximize power.

10 Min Smooth Sailing
Coach Jared | Endurance | Split-Based
In this beginner-friendly workout, Jared introduces you to steady-state rowing—that's where you maintain a consistent, moderate pace for an extended duration. It helps build aerobic endurance and isn't as intense as HIIT training.

13 Min Speedrun
Coach Jenny | Endurance | Split-Based
Jenny leads you through three rounds that follow a repeated progression: 45 seconds at Paddle, two minutes at Steady, and one minute at Race. Separated by 30-second rests, this structure challenges you to improve your performance across every interval.

10 Min High Tide
Coach Jared | Endurance | SPM-Based
In this beginner-friendly workout, Jared walks you through an SPM ladder, where you'll incrementally increase your stroke rate from 22 to 30 SPM.


10 Min Rise & Grind
Coach Jenny | HIIT | Split-Based
Build strength and power in this focused conditioning session. Face the Carapinch and the Sentra as you prove your mastery under pressure.
