Hey guys! I’m loving my new Ergatta rower. I got into the solo games. The goals keep me focused and striving to get to the next level. I have red light set up to mimic the sun.
It's the one piece of equipment that gives you a full workout
A friend of mine had raved about his Ergatta and I insisted that I come over to his home and try it out. He's in his 60's and had been a competitive triathlete and he said it was now his main workout equipment instead of his stationary bike. So my wife and I went over and tried it out. Now, our favorite gym close to the house had gone out of business and we needed to make a decision: join a new gym further away with its monthly fee or do something else. So we decided on the Ergatta Lite. We are both retired and wanted something that would be easy on our joints but give us a complete aerobic/muscle workout. It was easy to put together and we really love it. You can ramp up at your own pace and there are games and scenic videos for the Open Row feature. It saves your stats so you can easily monitor how you are doing. It might seem pricey to some, but it eventually pays for itself if you are aren't going to pay for a gym.
Full body workout while enjoying the scenic views all over the world, at my own pace which improves every day. My son goes all out on the competitions and is currently placed 15th in the world on one of the races. We really like it.
I really look forward to using my Ergatta. The content is so engaging, it barely feels like working out, and the sensory experience of the wood frame and the water is definitely a plus.
Office gym recently installed an Ergatta rower, so thought I'd check it out. I'd seen rowing machines before, but never taken one for a spin, so wasn't sure what to expect. The starting video walked me through the proper form, took some measurements of where my fitness level was (novice), and let me loose on the app. Woah, are there options. I did some free rowing on a lake in Canada, shot some space robots by going faster and slower, and did some timed workouts, and during each exercise I never felt like I was being forced to work out. I've found myself coming back to the rower for my cardio, and don't see that stopping any time soon. This is a very cool piece of equipment.
