Take your stamina to the next level! Our new Peak Performance programs are designed for individuals ready to push their limits and see what they can achieve. Progress through a mix of Endurance, HIIT, Conditioning and Recovery workouts to reach new heights in your all-around fitness, regardless of your speed or skill level.
SCIENTIFIC LOAD PROGRESSION
Carefully designed by our team of fitness professionals and rowers, this program is divided into 3 sub-programs, each with a well-rounded focus and building upon your previous efforts.
Endurance workouts build the baseline, HIIT & Conditioning workouts increase your top line speed, Endurance workouts extend your ability to maintain it, and Recovery workouts keep you coming back for more.
At each program level, 2,000m time trials benchmark your progress to let you track your improvement over time.
SELECT BETWEEN, 20, 30 AND 40-MINUTE WORKOUTS
There are 6 versions of Peak Performance to perfectly match your preferences. 20, 30 and 40 minute variations let you progress towards your goals no matter how much time you have in your schedule.
SELECT BETWEEN PULSE AND METEOR EXPERIENCES
Pulse and Meteor designations mean ever interval workout will be the experience of your choosing. Regardless of your decision, each program is 3 days per week for 4 months.
