I usually hate working out, but this rower actually makes it enjoyable. The many games to choose from make it fun and interesting! They have a nice variety of scenes and workouts too. The rower itself is comfortable and easy to use as well as nice to look at. The wood is beautiful and it folds up nicely, taking up almost no space at all. Would definitely recommend!

This is by far the most regrettable purchase I've made this year. While it's a good concept in principle, the software and tablet components of this product are absolutely worthless. The WiFi connection drops constantly, leading to unrecorded sessions on both the app and Strava—which defeats the entire purpose of the device. The Apple Watch connectivity never works properly either. It's so frustrating that I'd rather use this as an overpriced regular rower at this point. The best customer service could offer was instructions on how to disconnect and reconnect to the WiFi. I've tested this rower in different apartments with different routers, all to no avail. The hardware and software are simply unreliable.
