You can find your rower's serial number above the tank assembly on a white sticker. If you are reaching out to our support team in order to make a warranty claim, please be sure to also provide your serial number.

Love the gamified experience on a rower. While traveling I do rowing but I miss my Ergatta! Solid piece of equipment. Issues that I have had in the past were resolved quickly.
We have been trying to find the piece that works for everyone (including an 11 year old). The interactive functions are wonderful and keep us engaged.
I’ve never owned a rower before and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the interactiveness and coaching that the ergatta provides. It is also a beautiful piece of equipment not like most other rowers on the market.
