RETURN POLICY

US ORDERS

Try the Ergatta experience risk-free with our 30-day trial. If you're not satisfied within that time, we'll offer you a full refund for the product.

Ergatta Rower and Ergatta Lite returns are picked up from your home by a technician if you purchased expert assembly. If you opted to self assemble the rower, you will be required to send the rower in its original packaging back to us. Please keep all original packaging to pack the rower for return. Ergatta will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Because of the size and weight of the rower, we do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that you may have paid for your delivery. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Returned orders must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the Ergatta is returned with damaged or missing parts, Ergatta reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse a refund.

For Ergatta Upgrade Package and Concept2 RowErg Connection Kit returns, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping return label in order to ship the item back to us.

Rower gloves, mat, and seat cushion must be in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Any open or used accessories may not be returned or exchanged.

CANADA ORDERS

Ergatta orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Due to the size and weight of the Ergatta, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery fees. Returns will be charged an additional shipping fee of $350 for Rower orders and $99 for Upgrade Package and Concept2 RowErg Connection Kit orders. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Ergatta will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Please keep all original packaging to pack the Ergatta rower for return. We strongly recommend you review these directions for packaging HERE.

If you purchased your rower from a WaterRower international partner or another third-party vendor, please contact your original vendor for support in initiating a refund.
