Thinking of buying an Ergatta Rower or Upgrade Package secondhand? Here are some things to know before you buy.
Warranty
The Ergatta Rower’s warranty is non-transferable and cannot be purchased separately. That’s one of the main reasons to buy from Ergatta.com or from a licensed distributor. If you do purchase secondhand, you will be responsible for the cost for any replacement parts that may be needed down the line. Our team is always happy to help you troubleshoot and diagnose any issues you may experience.
You can find our warranty HERE.
