2. BLOW OFF STEAM WITH HOLIDAY-THEMED RACES

If you're the type of person who needs some friendly competition to de-stress, then blow off a little steam with our seasonally themed Races. All November and December, we'll have holiday-themed Races of the Week and special Live Race events, like the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. Plus, our special winter biome (pictured above) drops every Decemberkeep an eye out! 

Tip: If the anticipation of a live exercise event is what you need, sign up for our weekly Live Races, which take place every Wednesday (7pm & 10pm EST) and Saturday (9am & 12pm EST).

4. CHASE THE MONTHLY CHALLENGE 

Each month, we host a Monthly Challenge built around a specific workout experience, like completing at least 6 Push Program workouts or collecting 1,000+ Meteor tokens. Monthly Challenges help you stay motivated and take some of the guesswork out of choosing a workout. Plus, when you reach the goal, you earn a special badge commemorating your achievement.

Tip: There are three tiers to every Monthly Challenge. If you clear the first tier, shoot for the next to keep your workout flow going!

On the days when you need a little extra pep, try a CityRow class. These instructor-led studio classes offer a variety of training types, from exclusively on-rower cardio workouts to hybrid workouts that get you moving off the rower with core and strength work.
