NEW PUSH PROGRAMS: THE "10 UNDER..." SERIES

Let's say you’re busy. Or you’re kickstarting a routine from scratch. Or you just happen to like short workouts. What would the perfect rowing plan look like? We'll save you the speculation. 

 

INTRODUCING: 10 UNDER 5, 10 UNDER 10, & 10 UNDER 15

These Push Programs were designed to be fun, efficient and, best of all, short. Does fun, efficient, and short strike a cord with you? If so, read on.

In the "10 UNDER..." series, you'll find three related programs: 10 UNDER 5, 10 UNDER 10, and 10 UNDER 15. As the names suggest, they each feature ten workouts below a certain time threshold. The workouts vary in structure and they span all of the current Ergatta game experiences (i.e., Meteor, Pulse, Echo, Vortex, and Races). 

You could work through the "10 UNDER..." series sequentially, similar to a Progressive Push Program (read about these in our blog post: WHAT ARE PUSH PROGRAMS?). Or, you could jump to the program that sounds best to you right now. 

 

MEET THE TRIO

10 UNDER 5 Push Program card
10 UNDER 5 • SAMPLER • 10 DAYS
This is the perfect “get the ball rolling” program. Every workout is 5 minutes or less, and they pack a punch. Plus, you’ll face a fresh challenge every day, as the workouts span our entire game fleet. Great for busy mornings. Great for getting back on the horse. Great for everyone—including you.

10 UNDER 10 • WELL-ROUNDED • 10 DAYS
Consider this the older sibling to 10 Under 5. Once again, all of our game types are included, and the workouts are short and sweet. But these workouts are twice the duration of the 10 Under 5 workouts, so the stress scores are a bit higher here. Simply put: expect this to be a slightly more challenging version of 10 Under 5. But the beauty of it? It’s just 10 minutes a day.

10 UNDER 15 • WELL-ROUNDED • 14 DAYS
The title says it all: 10 workouts under 15 minutes. But what’s maybe less clear is how this program can be the start of something great. Like the push you need to kickstart a routine, or to meet a monthly challenge, to find a new favorite game, or even to get you ready for a more intense challenge, like Power to 30. Here, you'll row your way through all of our current game experiences and then closing things out with one final 1,500m Race.
