INTRODUCING: 10 UNDER 5, 10 UNDER 10, & 10 UNDER 15
These Push Programs were designed to be fun, efficient and, best of all, short. Does fun, efficient, and short strike a cord with you? If so, read on.
In the "10 UNDER..." series, you'll find three related programs: 10 UNDER 5, 10 UNDER 10, and 10 UNDER 15. As the names suggest, they each feature ten workouts below a certain time threshold. The workouts vary in structure and they span all of the current Ergatta game experiences (i.e., Meteor, Pulse, Echo, Vortex, and Races).
You could work through the "10 UNDER..." series sequentially, similar to a Progressive Push Program (read about these in our blog post: WHAT ARE PUSH PROGRAMS?). Or, you could jump to the program that sounds best to you right now.
