ERGATTA EXPLAINS: SPLIT 

Split time is a measure of how long it takes you to row 500m. But it's more than just a number. It's the difference between you and the competition. It's the difference between you today and tomorrow. It's an indicator of cardiovascular fitness, measuring your power, your endurance, and your progress over time. Simply put: split is all the difference.
 

NEW SPLIT-BASED PROGRAMS

We’ve added two new Push Programs to the library that are designed to lower your split time. Split: The Difference, which comes in a one-week and two-week version, contains workouts that challenge your power, cadence, and endurance—all metrics that are key to improving split time. While split time doesn't change overnight, these programs will get you working in the right direction.

You may have noticed—your home screen got a small makeover! In place of Interval & Competitive workouts, you’ll now see Solo & Community Games. Nothing about the libraries or workouts themselves has changed; it’s a “new look, same great taste” kind of makeover.
