The new year is upon us, which means it's time to confront that dirty word: resolutions. Do you love the chance to start fresh? Or does the new year carry baggage of years past?

For those of you who struggle with resolutions, especially fitness-related ones, we get it. Starting a routine is one challenge, and sticking with it is another. 

If you're considering a fitness resolution in 2025, read below for our tips on setting yourself up for success.

MAKE A PLAN & SET A GOAL

Determine the number of days per week you'd like to exercise, then take a look at your weekly schedule. Are mornings better than evenings? Afternoons ideal? Pencil the workout into your calendar. Then, set up a weekly goal on your rower's touchscreen. We'll track your progress and send weekly reminders to help keep you on track.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

Pay attention to your what your body needs. If you live in an area with seasonal climate swings, keep tabs on how your body responds to these changes.
