You can contact us for everything from troubleshooting your Ergatta, household membership inquiries, questions about rowing form, or any general questions. 

What to have ready:

  • Your Ergatta order number and/or email address associated with the order
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo or video demonstrating the issue (if relevant)
  • If you’re reaching out about a hardware or software issue, please have your rower’s serial number (this 6-digit code is printed on a white sticker that’s located just above the tank, on the right-hand side)
  • If you’re reaching out about an issue with your household membership, please have the email address that is associated with your household membership
