What to have ready:
- Your Ergatta order number and/or email address associated with the order
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or video demonstrating the issue (if relevant)
- If you’re reaching out about a hardware or software issue, please have your rower’s serial number (this 6-digit code is printed on a white sticker that’s located just above the tank, on the right-hand side)
- If you’re reaching out about an issue with your household membership, please have the email address that is associated with your household membership
