Calibrating your profile will help you get the most out of your workouts and personalize your training. The calibration is a 1K meter exercise that should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. You can complete the initial calibration by tapping on the CALIBRATE button on the main menu.
Once you’ve completed the calibration, the Ergatta will generate your personalized Intensity Zones and place you into one of 12 Classifications.
Over time, our software will continue to automatically recalibrate your Intensity Zones based on your workout performance. This helps to make sure that you’re constantly being challenged as you progress. We’ll also automatically adjust your Classification to reflect any changes to your Intensity Zones.
If you feel that your workouts are consistently either too easy or too difficult, you can manually recalibrate by selecting the RECALIBRATE button in Intensity Zones on your dashboard.
