If there is not enough slack in the sensor wire coming from the top of your Ergatta Lite mounting arm into the mount on the rear of the touchscreen, making it difficult to fold the touchscreen into the stored position, the following steps can be followed:
- Using a flat head screwdriver or similar tool, gently remove the top of the rubber lining along the bottom of the mounting arm.
- Gently pull approximately half of the rubber lining out of the arm, leaving the remaining half in place.
- Pull an additional 1-2 inches of slack in the sensor wire through the arm.
- Re-insert the rubber lining into the arm. It can be helpful to pull the lining such that it is taught, then press it back into place.
