If your mounting arm does not lock into place on your Ergatta or Ergatta Lite, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
Ergatta Lite:
- If your legs are not retracting, use a flat head screwdriver to gently pry the legs from the arm. Review for any built up dust/material which may be preventing the legs from retracting.
Ergatta Rower:
- First, lower the mounting arm, the ensure that the spring lock is sitting flush against the wood of the forward riser as shown below. If not - look to see if any material has entered the lock blocking it from fully retracting.
- Next, using a 5/32" Allen key, ensure that the joint connector bolts on either side of the mounting arm are fully tightened.
