If your rower is making any noises, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to determine the source of the sounds, and recommended fixes.
- First, visually review the seat/rails for any scuff marks or scratches. If any are noted, please send pictures to the relevant email listed at the bottom of the page for further assistance. If not, proceed with the next steps.
- Roll the seat back and forth along the rails with your feet planted on the ground on the outside of the rails, and without pulling the rower handle. If you do hear the sounds, please send a video of the sounds to the relevant email listed at the bottom of the page. If not, continue to Step 3.
- Follow the steps to loosen and re-tighten the bolts on your Ergatta Rower or Ergatta Lite.
- Use the rower as if you were completing a normal workout, and listen for the sounds.
If the noise persists, please reach out to us with a video demonstrating the issue, and include your rower’s serial number and shipping address.
