SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe that your rower requires a replacement part, please be sure to the contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase. If you purchased directly through Ergatta, you may contact our team at support@ergatta.com with a brief description of the issue, along with your shipping address and your rower’s serial number. The serial number is printed on a white sticker above the tank. We will be happy to help you troubleshoot any issues, and order any replacement parts that may be necessary.

If the part is still covered under warranty, then we will ship you the replacement part(s) free of charge. If you are outside of warranty, we will send you an invoice for the part(s) needed.
