MEMORIAL DAY RACE OF THE WEEK

Recommendations for 10 minute rows.

Memorial Day weekend may have ended, but our craving for 10 minute workouts sure hasn't. While there are 1,000 workouts to choose from, here are three we'd recommend. You can find them easily by filtering the workout library by game type and duration. 

10 Min Spark - Pulse - Endurance
This workout has a total of four minutes at Race pace. You'll want to be sure to collect yourself during the Steady intervals.

10 Min Refuel - Meteor - Recovery
Take a few minutes to refuel with these Paddle and Steady intervals of varying durations.

10 Min Double Espresso - Echo - Endurance
Start your day with a quick jolt that works up all the way to 30 SPM.
