TIPS FOR SUMMER ROWING

Let’s think about your summer. How often do you want to row each week? What time of day are you most likely to row? How much time do you want to commit to each session? Which Ergatta workouts motivate you the most?

MAKE A PLAN & SET A GOAL

With Ergatta’s goal setting feature, you select the number of days per week that you want to row. In turn, we track your progress and send weekly reminders to help you stay on target. You can adjust your goal at any time, too.

Let’s say you’re monitoring the surf swell of a lifetime and you've got to spend the week out on the water. That'd be a good time to lower your weekly goal. But let’s say that surf swell turns out to be a bust and suddenly you’re back indoors, craving some more Ergatta sessions. Crank up your weekly goal again and pretend like it never happened!

HEART YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUTS

Did you know you can “favorite” workouts? Just click the heart icon in the top right-hand corner of the workout card. That workout will then be added to Your Library, where you can quickly access it again and again.

You can also find all of your past workouts, your active Push Programs, and your recommended workouts in Your Library.

PLAN ROWS ON THE GO WITH THE ERGATTA MOBILE APP 

With the Ergatta mobile app, you can explore workouts and favorite them to Your Library, even when you’re on the go. Just head into the workout library, use the filters to find workouts that match your preferences, then heart them for later.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

Pay attention to your what your body needs. If you live in an area with seasonal climate swings, you’ll want to keep tabs on how you respond to the summer heat.
